SOBAIE Kombucha de Vigneron - alcohol free beverage

SOBAIE is the winemaker's kombucha imagined by Villa Noria. Developed from organic grapes grown in agroforestry, this alcoholic kombucha reveals all the fruit and finesse of grape berries, thanks to a unique craft ferment without adding tea. Naturally sparkling, weak in sugar, vegan, and reuse bottle.  

What is the winemaker's kombucha?

Kombucha is a slightly acidic fermented beverage. It is prepared thanks to a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts called Scoby that one plunges into a sweet solution traditionally based on black tea. In the field this process has been used to create the first kombucha of grape but without tea. Kombucha is a product rich in probiotics and polyphenols, good for health.

Our organic grapes are picked, macerated, then fermented in our cellar with a mother of Kombucha (scoby). A fresh product, with thin bubbles, quail. To taste without moderation!
