Shipping your package
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer for his order and only in metropolitan France. A delivery outside of metropolitan France is possible on quotation only. The consumer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery and to report the damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as the SCEA Villa Noria, within one week. The consumer may, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the billing address and not to the delivery address by simple request. Orders are shipped from the SCEA Villa Noria - 34530 Montagnac - France. It may be, as in any expedition, that there may be late delivery or the product goes astray. In case of delivery delay, we ask you to report this delay by calling us by phone or sending us an email. We will contact the carrier asked to start an investigation. If during the investigation the product is found, it will be rerouted immediately at your home (the majority of cases). If on the other hand the product is not found after the 21-day investigation time, the package is considered lost. It is only at this moment that we can send you back a replacement product at our expense. If the commodity (s) were no longer available at this time, we will refund the amount of the products concerned by the loss of the carrier. If the product (s) were still available, but had changed a selling price on the site, we would apply the new sales prices, either by reimbursing by check of the difference or by asking for a complementary check for this price gap. We are not responsible for lifting the delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in case of loss of products or strike.
