The SCEA Villa Noria reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in case of refusal of payment permit by credit card by the officially accredited agencies or in case of non-payment. The SCEA Villa Noria reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not settled completely or partially a previous order or with whom a payment dispute would be in the process. The SCEA Villa Noria has put in place a command verification procedure designed to ensure that no person uses the bank details of another person without his knowledge.
