Tasting notes

Rosé with delicate salmon pink color and brilliant highlights. Expressive and fruity nose, with aromas of raspberries and red fruits. The mouth is rotor and freshness, balanced by a pleasant acidity.

Vinification

Nocturnal harvests to benefit from the maturity of grapes and their success. Direct pressing. Fermentation at low temperature 16 ° Celsius. Breeding on fine lees in tank until bottled.

What is the principle of reuse?

At Villa Noria, the reuse takes a concrete form thanks to their partnership with Occonsigne, a set system for glass bottles. This program makes it possible to reuse the bottles after they have been washed and reconditioned, providing a lasting and circular solution for the distribution of their products.

Recorded bottles but without instructions: When a bottle is reused several times, cleaned up again, rather than being thrown after a single use, there is avoiding the production of new bottles and the consumption of raw materials (such as glass).

In summary, Oc'consigne is a key player in the reuse in Occitania, combining environmental performance, social impact and cooperative economic model.
