Know where the name comes from Diamant 13 ? This wine is harvested at the end of autumn, when the clusters are gorging sugar and the berries narrow in the purest "Alsatian" tradition, a wink to the origins of one of the two managers of the estate.

The idea was to evoke the thirteen Christmas desserts, the nectar of the domain.
