DEGUSTMENT NOTES
Beautiful intense ruby red dress. Complex nose with spicy and fruity notes. On the palate, Villa Noria reveals subtle notes of red fruits, vanilla and chocolate. This pretty cuvée offers a nice work of balance, silky tannins and persistence
VINIFICATION
Traditional vinification. Pre-cold maceration for three days to extract color and fruit. Fermentation at 25°C followed by a seven-day cuvation. Production in thermoregulated stainless steel vats for part of the wine. The other rests a few months in contact with French oak.
