Yellow dress with golden reflections. Nose Citrus, Passion Fruit, Confit Fruit (COTTON, Lemon).

Gourmet mouth, fruity, and lively.

Vinification: Late harvest. Direct pressing. Fermentation at low temperature 16 °  Celsius. Breeding on fine tank lees until bottling.

Can be enjoyed with aperitif, and also with a white meat, a fresh cheese or a fruit dessert
