DEGUSTMENT NOTES
Light red color. Intense notes of strawberry, raspberry and ripe. Light fragrance of fresh thyme. Well balanced on the palate with a gourmet finish of brioche and acid. Pet'Nat' red easy to drink. Fresh drink.
VINIFICATION
Night harvest. Direct pressing, natural fermentation at low temperature between 16° and 18° Celsius in stainless steel tank. Natural sparkling wine, bottle fermentation without degorgement. Made naturally without sulphites or yeasts. No use of collage agents or sulphites.
What is the principle of reuse?
At Villa Noria, the reuse takes a concrete form thanks to their partnership with Occonsigne, a set system for glass bottles. This program makes it possible to reuse the bottles after they have been washed and reconditioned, providing a lasting and circular solution for the distribution of their products.
Recorded bottles but without instructions: When a bottle is reused several times, cleaned up again, rather than being thrown after a single use, there is avoiding the production of new bottles and the consumption of raw materials (such as glass).
In summary, Oc'consigne is a key player in the reuse in Occitania, combining environmental performance, social impact and cooperative economic model.
