Fresh nose on white fruits and citrus fruits. Aerial and lively mouth with bubbles of great finesse. A natural sparkling full of freshness with a long and mineral finish.

Night harvest. Direct pressing, natural fermentation at low temperature between 16 ° and 18 ° Celsius in stainless steel tank. Natural sparkling wine, bottle fermentation without disgorging. Elaborate naturally without sulphites, no yeasts. No use of bonding agents or sulphites.

At Villa Noria, the reuse takes a concrete form thanks to their partnership with Occonsigne, a set system for glass bottles. This program makes it possible to reuse the bottles after they have been washed and reconditioned, providing a lasting and circular solution for the distribution of their products.
Recorded bottles but without instructions: When a bottle is reused several times, cleaned up again, rather than being thrown after a single use, there is avoiding the production of new bottles and the consumption of raw materials (such as glass).
