Tasting notes

Of a slightly copper orange color, AMFOra Our maceration wine has an atypical aromatic register and very interesting with subtle notes of flowers, with a predominance of rose, quince and apple. The mouth is very delicate, fresh, sweet and harmonious. We perceive the floral and fruity aromas, we end with a slight touch of bitterness brought by a light tannin which leaves an impression of freshness and pleasant tension.

Vinification

Orange maceration wine, elaborate naturally without sulphites, no yeasts the grapes are macerated with all their solid parts (seeds, skin) for three months. The components of the skin release pigments and tannins, which give wine its orange color. The wine is then pressurized slowly and carefully. Then raising into a terracotta amphora, whose porosity offers regular oxygenation, and also allows to reduce the acidity of the wine and to round the tannins. Breeding in amphora on links until bottling. No gluing. Slight filtration just before bottling

What is the principle of reuse?

At Villa Noria, the reuse takes a concrete form thanks to their partnership with Occonsigne, a set system for glass bottles. This program makes it possible to reuse the bottles after they have been washed and reconditioned, providing a lasting and circular solution for the distribution of their products.

Recorded bottles but without instructions: When a bottle is reused several times, cleaned up again, rather than being thrown after a single use, there is avoiding the production of new bottles and the consumption of raw materials (such as glass).

In summary, Oc'consigne is a key player in the reuse in Occitania, combining environmental performance, social impact and cooperative economic model.
