"Les Infusions Villa Noria "Lightweight Red is a light wine, greedy, full of fruit and finesse.

Red wine that will please everyone! Appreciates fresh or at room temperature.

This wine is elaborated simply without sulphite or input into a recorded bottle. The presence of trees, hedges of walls guarantee a beautiful biodiversity as well as a low carbon impact.

Tasting notes

Intense notes of strawberries of wood, raspberry and blackberry. Light fragrance of fresh thyme. Well balanced in the mouth with a gourmet and tatty finish. Light red wine easy to drink, is also appreciated.

Vinification

Night harvest to enjoy lowering night temperatures and preserve the freshness of grapes and avoid any form of oxidation. Part is vinified in whole carbon vinification bunches. Direct pressing. Natural fermentation at low temperatures between 16 ° and 18 ° Celsius. Breeding on total lees in concrete tank until bottled. No uses of bonding agents or sulphites.

What is the principle of reuse?

At Villa Noria, the reuse takes a concrete form thanks to their partnership with Occonsigne, a set system for glass bottles. This program makes it possible to reuse the bottles after they have been washed and reconditioned, providing a lasting and circular solution for the distribution of their products.

Recorded bottles but without instructions: When a bottle is reused several times, cleaned up again, rather than being thrown after a single use, there is avoiding the production of new bottles and the consumption of raw materials (such as glass).

In summary, Oc'consigne is a key player in the reuse in Occitania, combining environmental performance, social impact and cooperative economic model.
