TASTING NOTES
Slightly coppery orange in color, Amfòra, our maceration wine, presents an atypical and very interesting aromatic register with subtle floral notes, predominantly rose, quince and apple. The palate is delicate, fresh, smooth and harmonious. Floral and fruity aromas are perceptible, finishing with a slight touch of bitterness provided by light tannin that leaves a pleasant impression of freshness and tension.
VINIFICATION
Orange maceration wine, naturally produced without sulfites or yeast Grapes are macerated with all their solid parts (seeds, skins) for three months. The skin components release pigments and tannins, which give the wine its orange color. The wine is then pressed slowly and carefully. It is then matured in terracotta amphorae, whose porosity allows for regular oxygenation, while also reducing the wine's acidity and rounding out its tannins. Aged in amphora on lees until bottling. No fining. Light filtration just before bottling.
