La Noria is a very pleasant and expressive wine made of Grenache and Syrah grape varieties grown under perfect conditions : sun and natural cooling winds from the nearby Mediterranean sea. Elegant, with raspberry and red fruits aromas.
Night harvesting in order to have cold grapes. Direct press. Low temperature fermentation between 16° to 18° Celsius. Ageing on fine lies in stainless steel tanks. ALC. 12,5% vol.
