It was at the end of October that we harvest our grapes sorgated with sugar, picked in perfect maturity, which then gave birth to our cuvée Diamant 13, fruit of a single assembly of thirteen grape varieties grown on our different terroirs.

This late harvest allows a natural concentration of sugars, guaranteeing a subtle balance between freshness and softness. The wine reveals expressive and refined aromas of candied fruits, mature citrus and white flowers, which evolve with elegance to ventilation.

Inspired by the southern tradition of Thirteen Christmas desserts, Diamant 13 embodies a tribute to the cultural and taste richness of the South. Its aromatic complexity and his silky texture make it a gourmet wine and sharing.
